KC Group

The company behind Trust Go Grow®

Behind Trust Go Grow® is KC Group, a company with more than 15 years of experience in team development, leadership training, executive coaching and change management in both the public and private sectors. And we have seen one thing again and again: It is rarely knowledge that is missing. It is the everyday training. That is why we keep coming back to one crucial challenge: How do we stop talking about desired behaviours – and start creating them in everyday work?

Trust Go Grow® grew out of that experience. A method that makes theory useful and turns it into concrete behaviours among employees, managers, teams and leadership groups – through training together, applying it at work and follow-up that makes a difference.

Experience that makes a difference

KC Group has supported, coached and worked with development in hundreds of organisations across Sweden. We work closely with HR, managers, teams and leadership groups at every level, in the reality where it matters: In meetings, in collaboration under pressure, in feedback that needs to be given – and in what otherwise goes unsaid.

Whatever the assignment and circumstances, we often see the same pattern: When the pace picks up, old habits take over. What needs to be said goes unsaid, feedback is postponed and the courage to challenge fades – and then psychological safety struggles to hold.

That is exactly the everyday reality Trust Go Grow® is built for: Training brave, safe behaviours that break the culture of silence and hold even under pressure.

With a stable core organisation and a nationwide network of experienced, quality-assured consultants, KC Group can deliver Trust Go Grow® both reliably and at scale – from a single team to an entire organisation.

the leadership behind it

Katarina Zell is CEO of KC Group – and the mind behind Trust Go Grow®

Katarina Zell, CEO KC Group

Katarina Zell is CEO of KC Group – and the mind behind Trust Go Grow®. Today she is one of Sweden's most noted voices on psychological safety on LinkedIn, where she drives the conversation about how safety can be trained in practice.

Trust Go Grow® is based on Katarina's international leadership experience as CEO of Les Mills Nordics, responsible for operations in 13 countries. Les Mills is the company behind the well-known training concept BODYPUMP®, a global success for more than 30 years, delivered by trained and certified instructors worldwide.

That is also where the idea at the core of Trust Go Grow® was born – the insight that lasting development happens when behaviours are trained step by step, and when people feel energy, motivation and meaning in the training itself. Just like in BODYPUMP® – where clear structure, certified instructors, repetition and gradual progression create measurable results – Trust Go Grow® builds psychological safety the same way as strength: Through a clear programme with regular training. When teams practise listening, giving and receiving feedback, asking for help, handling friction and making decisions together, courage, accountability and performance grow. At the same time self-leadership is strengthened – and people dare to contribute fully.

Over five years Katarina has run several highly successful pilots, where organisations report unleashed initiative and joy at work – and employees who more easily think in new ways, take responsibility and take the next step together.

As CEO of KC Group, Katarina is now taking the next step. With KC Group's long experience of creating measurable behavioural change in teams and leadership groups, the platform, capacity and method are in place to scale what works – and support more organisations and companies in making psychological safety a way of working that lives in everyday life, not a one-off initiative or something you only talk about.

Trust Go Grow® doesn't build strong muscles – it builds strong teams.

Stop talking about psychological safety. Start training it.
