Certified Fearless Practitioner is the certification for those who want to work evidence-based with psychological safety in organisations.
During the course you learn to use The Fearless Organization Scan™, a research-based measurement tool developed by Bright Instruments and grounded in Professor Amy C. Edmondson's research on psychological safety.
This is also the first step in the Trust Go Grow® methodology and the foundation for anyone who wants to go on to become a Trust Go Grow® trainer.
