Trust Go Grow® TRAINER
Trust Go Grow® TRAINER is the certification for those who want to lead the full Trust Go Grow® programme and work long-term with psychological safety, team development and behavioural change in organisations.
As a trainer you gain the right to facilitate the methodology professionally, work with the full development journey and represent Trust Go Grow® in the market. The focus is not just on insights – but on real progress in teams and leadership groups over time.
To become a trainer you need to have completed the Certified Fearless Practitioner course.

Once certified as a Certified Fearless Practitioner, you are eligible to become a Trust Go Grow® TRAINER. This means you gain the right to train and facilitate the full Trust Go Grow® programme in organisations and represent the brand professionally.

As a certified trainer you get:

Your journey as a Trust Go Grow® TRAINER
Do you want to build real expertise and business in psychological safety? Our trainer journey is built in four clear steps – from measurement to advanced team coaching. Each step deepens your expertise, strengthens your position and gives you more opportunities to work long-term with behavioural change in organisations.
1. Certified Fearless Practitioner
Get certified in The Fearless Organization Scan and gain the right to administer the measurement, interpret results and present the Psychological Safety Index (PSI). This is the foundation of the methodology and the first step in the Trust Go Grow® journey.
2. Trust Go Grow® trainer
As a certified Trust Go Grow® TRAINER you gain the right to train and deliver the full methodology in organisations. You work with behavioural change over time and represent Trust Go Grow® professionally. This is where you go from measurement to transformation.
3. Advanced training for Trust Go Grow trainers
Every six months you get access to new material, updated training and in-depth modules that strengthen your methodological skills. You work with your own cases, share experiences and develop your ability to lead long-term change processes in organisations.
4. Master Trust Go Grow® TRAINER
Advanced level in team development. The highest level of the Trust Go Grow® journey. Here you deepen your expertise in team coaching and become a certified team coach. You work with complex team dynamics, long-term processes and transformation at organisational level.

Are both levels open to everyone?
Certified Fearless Practitioner is open to most professionals in HR, leadership, coaching and organisational development – following an individual assessment.
Certified Trust Go Grow® trainer is more selective. We conduct interviews and quality assurance before admission.
